Nestled at the foot of the Massanutten Mountain and flanked by the Shenandoah River in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the farm is conveniently located 15 minutes from Interstate 81. The entrance is lined with a tunnel of Sugar Maple trees to welcome you to the magic of Classicus Farm.

The farm offers an indoor arena that is 200’ x 66’ and eight 12 x 12 stalls. A most unique structure, the barn and house are under the same roof and the living room looks out into the indoor arena. Downstairs is a guest accommodation with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom for students or guests who want to come and stay for a weekend or week long intervals for training.

Guests also have the opportunity to “Forest Bath” as the Japanese call it. Simply a meditative or relaxing walk in the woods to commune with nature and leave the busy chaotic world behind.
